Venue and Seating Information

Warnors Theater is a historic performance venue in downtown Fresno, known for its ornate interior and intimate atmosphere compared with large arenas. Its setting can make a comedy performance feel especially engaging, with the room's scale helping audiences stay connected to the stage.

Seat views and comfort can vary by section and row. For a comedy show, consider seats with a clear, direct view of the stage so facial expressions and delivery are easy to follow. Review the available seating map when selecting tickets, as exact section layouts and sightlines depend on the event configuration.

Parking Information

Downtown Fresno offers several types of parking to consider for a visit to Warnors Theater. Availability, operating hours, and rates can change, so check current signs and parking details before arrival.

• Look for nearby public parking lots and garages around downtown, then compare walking distance and posted event-day rates.
• Street parking may be available in the surrounding area; observe all time limits, meter rules, and restrictions.

Arriving early can allow extra time to find a suitable space and walk to the theater. Avoid parking in spaces marked for private use, loading, or restricted access, and do not rely on unverified pricing or availability.
